Nestled on an 18 acre coastal site in beautiful Del Mar, California, Heritage Pointe is a vibrant cultural, spiritual, educational, and community campus dedicated to preserving Armenian heritage and serving future generations. Surrounded by a natural wildlife preserve and breathtaking coastal views, the campus brings together faith, culture, education, and community in one inspiring destination.
 

The Campus Includes:
 

• 18-Acre Coastal-View Campus in Del Mar, California, surrounded by protected natural open space and wildlife habitat

• St. Sarkis Armenian Church – Consecrated in 2022 and serving as the spiritual heart of the community

• Armenian Community Center – Construction to begin in Fall of 2026 with Conditional Use Permit (CUP) approved

• Educational Center & Library – Future development phase with CUP approved

• Youth Center & Gymnasium – Future development phase with CUP approved

• El Camino Real Assisted Living Facility – Future development phase with CUP approved
